Thank you for shopping at CBD Central. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Domestic Shipping


Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

All deals and promotions that we run which provide free or discounted shipping are only valid for addresses within the continental U.S.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If you have any concerns about your shipment, please reach out to us directly.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

CBD Central ships to addresses within the continental U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses as long as it is not required to go through Customs. At this time, Customs does not allow CBD products. Addresses located outside of the continental U.S. are not eligible to receive free or discounted shipping provided by our sales, deals, or promotions that we provide.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Once you’ve received your tracking number, you can check the status of your shipment on our website regardless of carrier.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

CBD Central is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

CBD Central is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, however we are happy to provide direction and assistance if we can. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping

Due to the constant changes in laws regarding products that contain cannabidiol (CBD) and cannabis products, we are unable to ship outside of the continental United States
