Refund policy

Returns:
All sales, online and in-store at CBD Central are final. We will allow the return of unopened products if brought back within 30 days of purchase. If we cannot definitively determine that the product has not been opened or tampered with, then it cannot be returned.

You must bring the product at the time of return as it will need to be inspected by our staff to insure that the product has not been opened or tampered with. We will not issue an exchange or refund unless the product passes the inspection performed by our staff. You must provide your receipt and physically provide the credit or debit card used to purchase the product. We will not issue the refund by phone or to a different card. We must be able to physically swipe your card to complete the return.

If you paid by with a credit or debit card, please note that it can take up to 10 business days to be reimbursed by the credit card company. We will not provide a cash refund if you paid by card.

Exchanges:
We will replace items if they are defective, damaged, or unopened. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@cbdcentralnc.com.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
